Most people do not need more software. They do not need more jargon, more dashboards, more disconnected tools, or more vendors selling complexity as if confusion were innovation. What they need is clarity. They need systems that work. They need solutions that make operations simpler, safer, faster, and easier to manage. That is why we built ASLIM.PRO.
We created this company for small businesses, non-technical clients, and everyday people who know something in their operation needs to improve, but do not want to drown in technical language just to get help. We work in software development, IT services, cybersecurity, and AI, but our real mission is bigger than technology itself. Our mission is to solve real problems in a way that makes sense.
My path into this field was not conventional. While I was in high school in Cuba, from 9th through 12th grade, I competed in informatics and software development, working with Pascal long before I ever imagined building a company like this. After graduating, I felt called toward medicine and spent five years as a medical student. Later, I left Cuba, came to the United States, and began rebuilding my life from the ground up. Here in the U.S., I worked as a Telemetry Technician and as an RBT. I continued growing in healthcare, completed my ASN in Nursing, passed the NCLEX, and kept building through work, study, and business. Along the way, I also became one of the founders of ROIZ Growth Partners LLC and the founder of Florida Healthcare Collective (an amazing project we are working in!).
Why does that matter in a technology company?
Because healthcare, business, and frontline work teach you something many people in tech never truly learn: when systems fail, people feel it. They lose time, they lose money, they lose visibility, they make avoidable mistakes, and sometimes, they lose trust in the entire process. I did not come into technology chasing trends. I came into it with a deep respect for systems, responsibility, and real-world consequences.
ASLIM.PRO was also built through family, trust, and experience. Throughout my journey, I had the support of my uncle, a Master in Informatics with more than 40 years of experience. After working on several projects together and seeing how many people and businesses were underserved by poor systems, we made a decision: combine his technical expertise with my operational perspective, healthcare background, and business execution to build something different. That decision became ASLIM.PRO.
The ASLIM Methodology
Our name is not just a brand. It reflects how we work. Too many companies jump straight into tools, code, or automation before they truly understand the problem. We do the opposite. At ASLIM.PRO, we follow a clear methodology designed to produce solutions that are not only functional, but practical and sustainable.

We begin with diagnosis.
Before making recommendations, we study the current environment, identify the bottlenecks, understand the risks, and define the real objective. You cannot build the right solution if you do not first understand the real problem.
2. Strategize
Once the diagnosis is clear, we design the path forward.
This is where we shape the architecture, priorities, and plan. We decide what should be built, what should be improved, what should be integrated, and what should be avoided. Strategy protects clients from wasting time and money on disconnected decisions.
3. Launch
Then we execute.
This is where ideas leave the whiteboard and enter the real world. We build, configure, deploy, test, and refine with discipline. A launch should not feel chaotic. It should feel intentional, stable, and aligned with the client’s actual operation.
4. Integrate
A tool is only useful if it fits the workflow.
Technology should support the way people actually work. It should connect naturally with teams, processes, and day-to-day operations. If a solution creates friction, confusion, or dependency, it is not finished.
5. Monitor
No serious system should be built and forgotten.
We believe in visibility, optimization, and continuous improvement. Monitoring allows us to detect issues early, strengthen performance, improve security, and keep the system aligned with the business as it grows.

Why We Believe This Matters
My background in medicine shaped the way I think. In medicine, you do not begin with treatment before understanding the condition. You assess, interpret, plan, intervene, and follow up. The same logic should apply to technology and that is something many businesses are missing. They are sold software without diagnosis, automation without strategy, security without visibility, AI agents without practical use, and systems without integration. The result: expensive confusion.

We are here to build something different: a company grounded in technical expertise, operational understanding, business execution, and a methodology that respects both the problem and the people behind it. We are here to help businesses and individuals move from confusion to clarity, from scattered tools to structured systems, from reactive decisions to deliberate execution, and from problems that repeat to solutions that last.
